ABOUT ME: 

 

All of my jobs in my young adult life have revolved around working with children. From babysitting and nannying to teaching swim lessons, and working at a Preschool & Daycare, I have 8+  years of experience working with children of all ages.

I received  my bachelors degree in Parks and Recreation with a concentration in Tourism Management and a minor in Women's Studies from Old Dominion University (ODU) in December 2022. 

While attending ODU I founded a service sorority, joined our club swim team, and participated in the Marine Biology club, as well as the Parks and Recreation club with other students in my major.

During my last semester at Old Dominion University I started working at Talbot Park Preschool and Daycare as a substitute teacher. Upon graduation I transitioned to a full time Teacher Assistant role to continue doing what I love. This job has fueled my passion for working with children and made it clear this is the career path for me.
